These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and consulting offerings provided by Contents Digital Marketing LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We currently offer three consultancy formats:
- Office Hours — a one-time 30-minute video consultation, $30 USD.
- Strategy Intensive — a one-time 2-hour strategy session plus a written strategy document and 14 days of email follow-up, $500 USD.
- Monthly Partner — ongoing monthly consulting including two 45-minute calls, async support, and a monthly performance review, $100 USD per month.
We may introduce new services or modify existing ones. Any changes apply only to bookings made after the change is published.
2. Booking & invoicing
- Booking a slot is free — no payment is required to reserve a session.
- After your session (or before each billing cycle, for Monthly Partner), we email you a simple invoice for the applicable fee in US dollars.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and international transfer services. Payment terms are Net 7 unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices exclude any applicable taxes or VAT, which are added where required.
3. Rescheduling & cancellation
- You may reschedule freely up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free — no invoice is sent.
- Cancellations made within 24 hoursor no-shows are treated as a completed session and invoiced in full. If something urgent happens, email us — we'll always try to be reasonable.
- Monthly Partner is 30-day rolling. Cancel any time before the next billing cycle to avoid the next invoice. Partial months are not pro-rated.
4. Satisfaction guarantee
If you feel the Office Hours call wasn't useful, reply to the invoice within 7 days and we'll waive the charge — no questions asked. Strategy Intensive adjustments are considered case-by-case once the written document has been delivered.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking.
- Show up on time or reschedule in advance.
- Provide background context and access we reasonably need to help you.
- Use our advice legally and in good faith.
6. Deliverables & intellectual property
Once the corresponding invoice is paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (strategy documents, audit reports, roadmaps). We retain the right to our pre-existing methodologies, templates, and frameworks, and may use anonymised learnings to improve our services.
7. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us during a consultation is treated as confidential. We won't disclose your business information to third parties without permission, except where required by law. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before our session if you prefer.
8. Disclaimers
Our consulting is provided on a best-effort basis. While we draw on nearly a decade of industry experience, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — execution quality, market conditions, product-market fit, and timing.
We make no guarantee of specific financial, performance, or ranking results. Any examples or case studies shared are illustrative, not promises.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contents Digital Marketing LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Termination
We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate an engagement at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we believe continuing would expose either party to legal risk. In such cases, you are only invoiced for services actually delivered up to that point.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
